Wood framing is still how most homes in Utah get built and remodelled, and it is the part of the job everything else depends on. Walls have to be plumb, floors flat and headers sized for what they carry, because cabinets, tile and trim have no way to hide a frame that is out. We frame interior and exterior walls, additions, basement build-outs, garages and the openings that come with taking a wall out — working to the plans and the inspector requirements, with blocking left where the drywall and the fixtures will need it.

Our Process

Plan

We go through the drawings with you and confirm what is structural before anything moves.

Lay Out

Plates are marked on the deck so every stud, opening and corner has its place.

Frame

Walls are built, stood, plumbed and braced, with headers sized for the load.

Block & Check

Blocking goes in for drywall and fixtures, then we check plumb, level and square.
