Flooring

Flooring shows every shortcut taken underneath it. A subfloor that is out of flat gives you soft spots and clicking planks; skipping the expansion gap gives you a floor that buckles the first humid week. So we start underneath — checking the subfloor for flat and for moisture, flattening or levelling where it is needed — and only then lay the floor. We install laminate, luxury vinyl plank, engineered and solid hardwood and tile, with the planks racked so the seams stagger naturally and the transitions and trim finished properly at every doorway.
