Repairs

Not every job is a build. A tenant moves out and leaves holes in the walls, a pipe lets go and takes a ceiling with it, a door has dropped and no longer latches, or a crack keeps coming back over the same seam. We take on repair work of every size, and on the ones that keep returning we fix the reason rather than the symptom — a crack over a seam usually means movement or a joint that was never properly taped, and filling it again just restarts the clock. Patches are feathered out and textured to match, so the repair disappears into the wall instead of announcing itself.
